Secret transcript of how the government handled the Hyderabad blasts

Kalki

In some Government place, high officials talking about the Hyderabad blasts to 'Sir'. Insert your own politicians.

1 - Sir, let it be. As such they are not interested in the people who died. Aadat si ho gayi hai.

2 - And then, it's regular now, a bunch of Muslims will bomb the Hindus and others. If anything says anything against religion then it is communal. The trick is old now.

1 - Problem will be when the reverse happens, when some saffron wallas start killing the Muslims and others. Then I will have too much job banning things and people on facebook.

2 - If we shut our eyes, then things will go away.

1 - Aur kya. Indian Mujahiddeen not come from Mars sir, I mean they are people, many Indian people.

Sir - So Indian Muslims are coming under the terrorist spell.

1 - Always Sir. But who cares about stopping them? If people are not interested then why should we?

2 - Yes Sir, why should we put ourself in a coal mine when all we will get is coal and no diamond?

1 - Unless coal gives us money Sir.

2 - Of course.

Sir - So naturally, people have to have the balls to identify that Muslims are falling under the spell, that if they are not participating, then many like Owaisi, are supporting terrorism in the name of religion.

1 - Wow Sir you are talking like someone smart.

2 - But such a thought is beneficial only for nation, not for pockets. And it is tough Sir.

1 - You know what is easy?

2 - Let us prey on Narendra Modi.

1 - Let us just bypass these blasts and soon public will forget it. Then let's quietly bring Modi into the picture again.

2 - If God is kind, then he will do or say something stupid and we will win again Sir.

1 - I am toh desperately hoping there is some blast in Ahmedabad so we can pinpoint him.

Sir - That will be awesome. But where is God kind on us?

Why don't you protest against the following?

Kalki

A guy raises his voice against Islamic sects - is murdered. Hacked first, then killed. He was a Muslim. So why don't Indian Muslim groups protest against his murder. Scared much?

Kamal Haasan's Vishwaroopam, despite having a Muslim as a hero, is threatened by Muslim groups, conveniently referred to as extremist Muslim groups. So why don't the majority 'moderate' Muslim groups protest and overturn this. On the streets. Scared much?

An all-Muslim, all girl band got threatened in Kashmir. The girls got shifted to Tamil Nadu for protection. So why don't the secular Hindus and peace-loving Muslims protest against it. On the streets? Scared much?

Why don't peace loving Muslims, and secular facebook Hindus protest against the attacks on Kurt Westergaard? Because he drew cartoons on Mohammed? Surely, the secular sort realise that this does not merit a death sentence?

Why don't peace loving Indians, Hindus and Muslims, ask for Pakistan to stop the persecution of Shia Muslims? Is it because India is Sunni dominated? Or are we scared-much?

If we don't protest against the following, we have no rights to protest against the easy-targets, aka the Hindu people, namely the RSS and the ilk.

After all, we can't be bloody shameless hypocrites?

A Brief Note to Kamal Haasan

Kalki

Kamal,

No Sikh, Jain, Buddhist or any member of the Sanatana Dharma protested like this when you questioned/referred/mocked Hindu tenets in your various other films. Yet you say that India is not a secular state.

I sincerely hope that your Muslim supporters, whom you are left addressing as 'My Muslim brothers' in almost every interview, will come out in the open, in public space, and support your cause.

It is precisely the absence of this open support from them that has you uttering that India is not a secular state, and that has you threatening to leave the country.

Often, in the fear of being called communal, we forget the bigheartedness of the majority religious population, and also the actual minority populations that make up your fan-base.

I hope that your shock and emotional-ness comes from the actual relaisation of secular - a term used for vote-bank politics under the garb of peace and harmony.

We don't agree ideologically, but you are a great actor.

Your admirer,
Kalki.

No Muslim organisation spoke against Owaisi and Azad Maidan, but they want to ban a pro-India film

Kalki

Owaisi wanted Hindus to be killed, no Muslim organisation said a word. In a feature film, Al Qaeda is shown to be Muslim, they want the film to be banned. Which country are we in? [link to film article]

More importantly, why are we scared to say this openly? Does it mean we are communal or non-seculars? I'll tell you what it means if you don't say it openly. It means you are cowards. And as cowards, you have no right to complain about the nation's affairs.

We speak of peace and harmony in our country not out of a real desire for them but out of fear of riots and loss of personal life. In turn, we agree to live like cowards. Always scared some war will be upon us. Until one day, a section of population decides that enough is enough and takes to arms resulting in bloodshed. Indians wait for such times.

It's a shame that Mumbai muslims broke the Amar Jawan memorial in Mumbai (pictured), but we hardly heard condemnations from people of any religion. And not to the same extent we hear about other religions' wrongdoings.

The muslims who cheered for Owaisi and who desecrated the Amar Jawan Memorials are non-Indians. They should be treated thus. For the sake of Hindus, and for the sake of the actual peace-loving Muslims.

Your cowardly silence on what's happening in Hyderabad

Kalki

You are scared. You don't want to confront the people who hate you. You don't want to call them terrorists. You are scared.

When will you show your courage? When, instead of MIM and the we-hate-India islamists, you will have someone from RSS make a speech or say naughty words. Then you will post facebook statuses, and gain popularity among your cowardly bretheren.

For over a decade, you will hound the chief minister of india's most prosperous state and call him names. But you will not for a day condemn those you privately hold as villians of society.

And then you wonder, why your voice is never heard. Why you are ignored.

Maybe because the rest of the country, whom you hold as idiots, or communal, doesn't hold your views as prominent. They don't have the luxury of pseudo-facebook-courage. They keep quiet out of fear of life. When and if they finally protest, you will be ready with your keyboard and type out about how bad and communal they are. Then you will wish that you get 'likes'.

That's how sorry your life is. That's how sorry the life of all cowardly people is.

You wrote against Swamy, so why not protest against Owaisi?

Kalki

You threw fire on Subramanian Swamy when he pointed out a scientific fact about Muslims having Hindu ancestors [Link: How to wipe out Islamic terror]. Why don't you protest, make fun of or bite the traitor Owaisi who spoke of annihilating the race of Hindus? Do you have a spine?

Maybe it is beneath of you to talk about such people. Or maybe you are scared this might have repurcussions and in your weakness you are comfortable waiting for another man to do the protesting. What if Swamy raisies weapons against this man? Then would you again write about him in your blog posts because as a Hindu, he is an easy target?

Many of you do the same for Narendra Modi. I am surprised because despite everything, if you go to Gujarat you will only be welcomed and not hunted down for your views. Try going to Charminar in Hyderabad and telling them that you hate Owaisi. You will understand real secularism.

By the way, if you are living in denial, then let me remind you that 17 year olds wrote against Swamy's article and Harvard university asked him to leave his popular course he taught to much acclaim. And cases were filed against him by educated secular Hindus, and petitions made and all that.

Where are the same for Owaisi? Is secularism another word for cowardice?

Dear Big Town-Indians, the world is bigger than you think

Kalki

Yes, there is the regional media that informs most of the people in the country. Then, the organisations and people you dislike are loved by these regional-dwelling, poor but actual-Indians. They don't really depend on you.

The city Indians like to talk of RSS and BJP as if the survival of these parties depends on the facebook status-updates of the 20 percent minority. That is, if they realise that they are the minority. Hundreds of email messages don't make the majority.

I don't think that women all over India will support the sudden sprout of feminism and underwear-activism. The media may try its best giving coverage to girls who flaunt middle fingers and bras at the rest of the country. The media may even succeed, but not so soon.

The problem lies in the mindset of thinking conservative women as oppressed. If a woman wears a sari, she must be sad. Unless the sari is worn on mondays and skirts on tuesdays. This is the stupid policy many modern-Indians are falling prey to.

We are a conservative nation. And the protestors in smaller towns won't behave like the ones in Delhi. They won't show their middle finger or make banners stating that skirts are cool. No. Maybe they don't want to wear skirts. They like to listen to their elders. Maybe they will protest from 4-6 p.m. It is silly to see 'modern' Indians talk like they are the nations' leaders. It is the curse of facebook. It makes people seem bigger than they are. And facebook is up there with media outlets.

Three Dangerous Indians of 2012

Kalki

These are Indians you can't learn from. They don't know India, they hate her, and they hate themselves. They exploit you and... let's just get on with them and finish this long-pending story. Do your own image search.

* Girish Karnad - Girish Karnad thinks that Indians don't read books. So he can get away with any nonsense he can spout. But wait, maybe you don't read?

As per Girish, us non-book-reading Indians are of two types: communal and secular. And to make sure he is in the limelight, he exploits that part of you; he asks you if you are a secular like him or a communal like a V S Naipaul.

As per Girish, nobel laureate Naipaul ... read it here.

Basically Naipaul is communal and non-secular. And because he is not fond of Muslim contribution to India, he doesn't know India.

Now, you, the readers, the Indians. If you have been brought up on school-books and NCERT nonsense, then you won't probably know Maharana Pratap but would sing praises of Akbar the Great. To you I say, rise, and read the Indian versions of texts. To understand how outdated the great playwright Karnad is, here is a christian foreigner on the issue. And please note that Vijayanagar stands as an important debate point for us Indians. Read it and find out what lies you have been fed till now. An exciting excerpt:

As is all too common in Nehruvian-secularist discourse, Dalrymple’s analysis of the role of Islam in India stands out by its superficiality. Whenever a Hindu temple or a Muslim festival is found to employ personnel belonging to the opposite religion, secular journalists go gaga and report on this victory of syncretism over religious orthodoxy. Secular historians including Dalrymple do likewise about religious cross-pollination in the past.

* MIM's Akbaruddin Owaisi - The terrorist. More dangerous than your Ajmal Kasab.

Owaisi and his supporters are a threat to Hindus and peace loving-Muslims. The problem with peace loving Muslims is that they won't come out publicly against him.

This man wants to finish of Hindus in India. He is a slap on democracy. And a slap on those Indians who still think Narendra Modi is a danger to India. A tight slap on your cowardly faces.

A tighter slap on media channels who won't cover this issue in detail for it is - indecent. And because such people should not be given publicity. Cowards.

Tomorrow if an RSS member sneezes, it would make front page news. And media would be thankful.

* Meena Kandasamy - She'd be very happy to be here. On any list. It's her dream to be abused. She is like a heroine. She want's the Nobel or something. If you search this website, you'd know that she is a feminist who can't identify the men in her life. Here's an excerpt from this article on The Young India, or rather read it entirely here.

Meena knows that Indians love drama and drama queens. And she is a a top-notch drama queen. The kinds who claim great suffering so as to get media attention. Watch out, she is the next Arundhati Roy in line. All the awards are hers.

Folks, there should be a list of great Indians as well. Soon. Till then, watch out and stay away from these 'apparent Indians'.

Delhi Rape and the bias against Gujarat

Kalki

I was not entirely wrong when I said that Narendra Modi will not win many, many seats in Gujarat. I was right when I stated that media houses would work against him. How long can the man stand the bias?

Let's look at Gujarat in view of the recent protests against the gang-rape in Delhi. Apart from statistically praising him from time to time, more often the media is out with stories claiming that Gujarat is not that safe for women. Never mind that many have called it among the safest places for women in India. Never mind that women in large numbers say the same.

Read this paragraph by The Times of India: (Police need to get over Gujarat is safe for women' tag: NGOs)

"I saw a girl being harassed on the city road in the afternoon. There was no policeman in the vicinity, the crowd came to the girl's rescue but the teaser fled. This is the stark reality of the city considered safe for women where women can be raped on the main road in broad daylight," said Pathak.

So a crowd of Gujarati men and women rescues a girl from harassment - as opposed to Delhi and Mumbai where rapes on packed trains and slums go without much interference from the crowd - and Mr. Pathak from the story has a problem with that.

We don't even know if his story is true and whether it's embellished. Even as a make-believe story, media takes every chance to bring the citizen down and speak anti-Modi, who has just won a historic reelection.

Here's a more recent one from DNA: (Women in Gujarat aren’t safe: Anita Verma)

“The situation of women in Gujarat is worse than in Delhi or any other city,”

That' how the story starts.

While nothing untoward happened in Gujarat like in Delhi, here's a fact-list of toppers on crimes against women. How often do you read these states being investigated/written about as much as Gujarat?

Why Modi May Not Win Many, Many Seats

Kalki

Gujarat is better than before. But with economic prosperity comes snobbishness. And a desire to play kingmaker. And especially in India, a sense of emotional-ness with the Congress. Just like the rural population of the rest of India still hankers after the 'raj' and the white-skinned 'sahibs'.

India's most prosperous state will decide on December 20 the story of Indian politics.

I have a feeling that the media has predicted Modi to do better than before so that his fall is harder. So they can claim that finally the people have triumphed, and also invoke Godhra and other demons.

Media will call it the anti-incumbency factor. But the logic that dictates the Indian mind-set is this: my village/my city has seen a 30 percent growth in the last 10 years. I deserve a 50 percent growth rate. Because I am now rich and it's my money that goes into the running of the state. So I will not vote for the incumbent this time.

Modi's detractors have, in fact, reminded people of the same; what you have is not because of the Chief Minister but your own hard labour, what you don't have is because of the CM.

Contrary to popular belief, Gujarati media is not as favourable to Modi as they had been for a long time. Apparently, the government's decision to welcome more newspapers in the state has troubled the leading media houses, whose premiership has been threatened. Case in Point - Link

If he fares badly, the media and his thousand detractors will not consider the anti-incumbent factor but put the blame on his brashness, arrogance and other such apparent qualities. Should he win, they will call it an expected event and not credit him much. Such is the environment he lives in.

Rich people demand more. And they are often unable to perceive relative progress.

There is a good chance that Modi will be a victim of the classical Indian mindset.

We are jealous of Sachin Tendulkar

Kalki

We want the great Sachin Tendulkar to quit because we are jealous of him. He is not failing enough. People who climb up must fall down so we can feel that there was no use going up in the first place. You will only fall harder. Then we will be happy about our non-achievements.

Then, since we are romantic and use it as an excuse to cover our tracks in life, we hate the player who doesn't do that. Sachin doesn't waste time in interviews and controversies. We hate that. He actually works hard and gets laid on the field. We don't like that. We do not want to work that hard. Better if it is proven that Sachin has God-like qualities. Then we can say - it's all luck. And feel good.

In all of his recent 10-12 innings, we see a man who fails to score despite having the temperament and the timing. We see persistence despite failures. We hate that. If only he would hang his head in shame and instead of working hard, make a statement that 'I am quitting for the sake of my country', we would applaud his selflessness.

We are not good with hard-work. We want to make noise. Feel like specialists.

We don't know what in Sachin makes him unable to score runs. So we use the term loosely - reflexes are slowing, the eye does not catch the ball, the heart says yes but the body says no.

Fact: Indians never knew why they liked the man in the first place. He scores runs, and while everyone around him fails, he persists and falls, we feel glorious.

We don't know cricket. We never gave a damn about backfoot drives and flicks. They were words to throw around and not understand.

We have failed Sachin in proving ourselves incapable of intelligence.

He has not failed. He has played cricket and he will retire rich. He had done what he wanted to. Something most Indians will never boast of.

Hence, it is easy to criticize Sachin.
